Michael Owen returned to international play for the first time since injuring a knee at last year’s World Cup, playing a full 90 minutes for England’s “B” team Friday in a 3-1 exhibition victory over Albania. He set up Stewart Downing for England’s third goal in the second half, but the Newcastle forward’s best chance came in the seventh minute, steering wide a cross from Aaron Lennon.
